Good to know
What kinds of events do you run?
Product launches, workshops, customer and VIP events, networking events, founder dinners and lunches, brand activations and milestone celebrations. If it brings the right people together, we can help. Retreats are not included in these packages.
Are event costs included in the package price?
No. Package prices cover our planning and management. Venue, catering, production, gifting and other supplier costs are quoted separately and agreed with you upfront, so you always know where your budget is going.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 8–12 weeks ahead for most events, and longer for larger or more complex ones. Talk to us even if your date is sooner and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Do I need to be a Founders Club member?
No. Event Concierge is open to non-members, with a limited number of engagements each quarter. Founders Club members get priority booking and significantly reduced pricing.
How does payment work?
A deposit secures your date, with the balance invoiced before your event. All the details are in your proposal.
Can you help with regular events?
Yes. A few clients have asked us about monthly community events. Our preference is to empower you to eventually run your events in-house, so we offer a path that takes you from working with us to bringing your events function in-house, with all the support you need along the way. If you do need ongoing support for events at a regular cadence, we can definitely help, provided we have enough lead time and capacity.
